Share your stories of using video in mentoring or during your own training in the Padlet below. What is important to consider when using video, what works and what doesn’t? How do you/mentees feel when watching your/their lesson?

I haven't been recorded as a mentee, neither as a mentor. But it is something I will definitely use because it will help me figure out what is wrong or not effective with teaching, little details that may improve the mentee tecnics. Nevertheless, not all actions are captured in a video, but it is a good way to focus on some main points of teaching.
